I do mentor’s work sometime, when my younger friend come to me, start complaining how many work he had to do, yes they’re all MALE. I will listen & give some advice like, do important things first, sacrifice something even you feel it’s important.
The interesting thing is, I lose my head also, like this weekend. I spend all my weekend sitting on a table, writing some boring knowledge, and I forget to save it.
I was on the edge … , of sth. I try to remember what I said to my younger friend.
Calm down first, negative emotion can’t help you.
Then empty your brain, don’t think about anything is troubling you now.
Don’t consider the things you can’t control, like your customer, boss, or count-part.
The most important thing, look back but not forward, check what I can do better, where I could save some time, am I on the way I planned, is it better if it’s not.
I will leave my desk for 2 hours, going to gym and thinking all about this, it will make be better, either mindset or real job.
